Volunteer With Us

Thank you for your interest in serving at The Nexus Legacies public premiere hosted by Remaining Rooted Collective. This event is only possible because of volunteers who are willing to use their time, gifts, and energy to help create a welcoming and impactful experience for our community.

Volunteer Information

• Volunteer call time will be approximately 1 hour before doors open on Saturday 6/27.

• Volunteers will be invited to a Volunteer Rally + Private Screening on Thursday, June 25th during setup, since some volunteers may not be able to fully watch the film while serving on Saturday.

• Volunteers will receive a free Remaining Rooted Collective volunteer t-shirt for easy identification and team unity.

• Volunteers will also receive a complimentary meal/snacks during their time serving on Thursday and Saturday

Volunteer Roles

• Childcare
  Help care for and engage children in a safe, welcoming environment during the event.

• Parking Team
  Assist with parking flow, directions, and helping guests arrive smoothly and safely.

• First Impressions Team
  Welcome guests, answer questions, and help create a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment attendees arrive.

• Ticketing Team
  Help check in guests, scan tickets, and assist with event entry.

• Concessions Team
  Serve snacks and drinks while helping keep concession areas organized and stocked.

• Merch Team
  Assist with merchandise sales, inventory, and guest questions.

• Setup / Teardown Team
  Help transform the venue before the event and assist with cleanup afterward.

• Tech Team
  Support audio, visual, lighting, presentations, and other technical event needs.

• Ushers
  Help guests find seating, assist with crowd flow, and support the overall event experience.
