Christian Creative Community Event Submission Form

We believe God is doing something special through the Christian creative community in Pittsburgh — and we’re better when we build together.

This calendar exists to highlight, celebrate, and share what the Lord is doing through creatives, ministries, and organizations across our city. By sharing one another’s events, we’re choosing collaboration over competition and creating a central space where the community can stay connected, show up for each other, and grow together.

If you’re hosting an event that aligns with our mission and values, we’d love to hear about it! All submissions will be reviewed before being added to the calendar to ensure alignment and clarity. Once approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know your event is live on our website.

In addition to featuring your event on the calendar, we’re also happy to help amplify it through our social media platforms when possible. You’ll have the option to let us know if you’re interested in support with marketing, promotion, volunteers, manpower, or other resources — because we don’t just want to promote events, we want to help see them thrive.

In the spirit of partnership and mutual support, if your event has an admission cost, we invite you to consider offering a small discount to Remaining Rooted Collective (RRC) members. This is completely optional, but it helps foster generosity, accessibility, and goodwill within our creative community. If you’re open to this, you’ll have the opportunity to share discount details below, and we’ll help communicate it clearly to our members.
